Why You're Not Able To Count Your Clan's Chests - Active Player/Clan Guard Identity
If you're seeing, "Sit tight, we're verifying your player id with clan id" notification, you're seeing an guard to prevent a user from creating a clan they're not part of.Upon creating a clan inside the New Clan Wizard, clan abbreviation and clan name NEEDS to match the clan you are part of.
When you do log into your Total Battle account inside the Game Window, your game account must exist within your clan. If your alternative account exist in 123 Forges Of Forges clan, but you've signed in Total Battle using your main account; you'll be prevented to count chests. Because your alternative account only exists within 123 Forges of Forges clan. Whereas your main account for Total Battle exists only in BMJ Bad Mamba Jammers clan.
So If my main account: Hellraiser doesn't belong inside UFC Gryphons, I would not be able to count chests.
And Lastly, Clan Name created inside New Clan Wizard must match the capitalization shown in Total Battle game. How you see it in game is how you're suppose to write it when creating new clan within Total Battle Chest Tracker application.
